Eligibility for Returns

• Timeframe: You can return eligible products within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been installed, used, or modified.
• Customized or special-order items.
• Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
• Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation by the customer.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at email/contact number within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return request.
2. Approval: Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Securely pack the item and include the RMA number and proof of purchase in the package.
4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
5. Refund or Exchange: After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or repair at no additional cost to you.
